The elements used in this first version of the performance are simple and come from the domestic domain: wine, eggs, and a radio. Their decontextualization and a strange use of them give the performance a surreal and comical air. While the action takes place, the audio from a live radio informs us about the political conflicts of the moment. The central element of the action is a tie that becomes impossible and ridiculous due to its length. This deconstructed emblem of masculinity will serve as a poignant tool for confronting the abuses of power and the profound ramifications they impose upon their victims.
