In this performance, I reflect for the first time on the concept of Nation. To do so, and just like in previous works, the word gradually emerged, grapheme by grapheme, in a sort of clothesline. Between each letter, I carried out actions that question the presumed greatness that the term can encapsulate. Throughout the project, concepts such as identity, belonging, or territory emerge from a perspective that seeks to distance itself from exclusionary and dogmatic positions. A more complex iteration of this same work can be found in the performance titled Nation (II), presented at Matadero Madrid during the ACCIÓN MAD festival in 2019.
